Lawrence Luk is a professional multi-instrumentalist specializing in drums, a music producer,
and an educator from Canada. He’s been active in the Hong Kong music scene for more than 10 years,
performed in multiple big venues and with notable artists. His solo album is mainly in the style of J-citypop,
with a slight touch of Funk and Neo-soul.
Lawrence Luk’s education approach focuses on the development of student’s own musicality, discipline,
and to strengthen their self-confidence, in the aim of expanding the unique characteristics of each individual.
Most lessons are being taught in English, some with Cantonese and Mandarin. Lawrence graduated
from The University of British Columbia, and achieved Rockschool Grade 8 in Drums, Guitar, and Bass in early years.
Lawrence Luk has various performance experiences in Hong Kong and all over the world;
these include but not limited to Hong Kong Coliseum, Queen Elizabeth Theatre Vancouver,
Toronto Sony Centre, Southern Jubilee Calgary, Northern Jubilee Edmonton, TOKIO TOLYO.
