Sai Wai started learning jazz drum when he was 17 years old.
He has over 20 years of experience now.
In 2003, his ex-band <大頭佛> won the <叱吒903新晉樂團銀獎>.
In the same year, they got the sponsor by the famous American brand cymbal,
Zildjian, and became one of the spokespersons of its products in Hong Kong.
Afterwards, Sai Wai actively participated Hong Kong Music Activities,
such as music album recording, film and television music production,
concert drummer, short drumming techniques videos, music educationand drumming lectures.

In 2007, Sai Wai went to the well-known Musician Institute
in the United States for further study to improve his teaching
and drumming skills. What makes him most memorable in these days
is that he can be the guest of Mike Mangini (now Dream Theater drummer)
in Hong Kong Zildjian drum lecture and be the guest in Stuart Hamm Fender
Bass Guitar lecture, and perform with these two well-known musicians.
Afterwards, Sai Wai formed Holic Jam with a music producer,
Mr. Fong, famous singer, Maggie Fu and other musicians. In addition to
their own music production, they also produced music for other singers and organizations.
Recently, Sai Wai actively develops his drum music education curriculum
and develops his online drum music sharing platform, Drumpie and DrummerLand,
hoping to train outstanding music professionals for Hong Kong!
