報到區 Reporting Area

1. 請準時到達 Please arrive on time
2. 請向工作人員出示電子確認信 Please show the confirmation email to our staff
3. 請向工作人員出示身份證或出生證明書和學校手冊作身分核實 Show your HKID or Birth Certificate and School Handbook for our verification
4. 你會收到一張比賽註冊證，請妥善保管，直至比賽結束 You will receive a Registration Card, please keep it properly until the end of the competition
5. 領取參與證書，參與獎牌，紀念品，通利琴行及通利音樂藝術中心禮券 Collect certificate of participation, participation medal, souvenirs, Tom Lee Music Co., Ltd and Tom Lee Music Academy coupon on the competition day
6. 等待時請保持安靜 Please keep quiet while waiting
7. 請跟從工作人員指示到比賽室準備 Please wait for the call from our staff, and enter the competition room
8. 若需要兒童踏板，請於此時向工作人員提出 Please ask our staff for help if you need the kids pedal

照相區 Photo Session

1. 出示你的比賽註冊證 Show your Registration Card to our staff
2. 請耐心排隊等候 Line up patiently for photo shooting
3. 專業攝影師會為你捕捉難忘時刻 Professional photographer will help you capture the memorable moment

比賽室 Competition Room

1. 工作人員會為你安排就座 Please seat as assigned
2. 比賽過程中，請保持安靜 During the competition,  please keep quiet.
3. 比賽過程中，參賽者及陪同者不能擅自離開比賽室 During the competition, all contestants and audiences are not allowed to leave the competition room.
4. 請跟從司儀指示 Please wait for the call from the MC
5. 將樂譜交給工作人員 Pass the music score to our staff
6. 若需要調整琴椅高度，請向工作人員提出 Please ask our staff for help if you need to adjust the bench height
7. 比賽過程中陪同者只可在陪同的參賽者演奏時於指定位置以靜音模式攝影或錄影，並需關掉閃光燈  Audiences are only allowed to take photo and video for their contestant at the designated area during the competition. Please be reminded NOT to use flash light and should be in silent mode.
8. 享受你的表演時間！Enjoy your show time!

演奏後 After the Performance

1. 工作人員會交還樂譜 Our staff will return you the music score
2. 請按序就座 Please seat as reserved

領取照片區 Photo Pick-up Area

1. 向工作人員出示你的比賽註冊證 Show your Registration Card to our staff
2. 請耐心排隊等候 Line up patiently
3. 領取照片 Pick up your photo

1. 參賽者不得更改比賽日期及時間，若未能如期出席，將被視為放棄資格，並不設退款，主辦機構保留最終決定權。
   Contestants are not allowed to change the date and time of the competition. If they do not attend as scheduled, they will be
   deemed to absent and disqualifications, no refund will be provided. The organizer reserves the rights for final decision.
2. 請參賽者於指定報到時間到場登記，主辦機構保留取消遲到參賽者的參賽資格最終決定權。
   Please arrive at the venue at designated reporting time. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify the contestants who are late.
3. 參賽者必須於比賽時出示確認信及有相之身份證明文件正本，如:身份證、護照或學生手冊作報到及確認其身份。如身份證明文件上
   所顯示之資料與報名時的資料不符合，參賽者將即時被取消資格。參加鋼琴獨奏及小提琴獨奏之考試及比賽歌曲項目的參賽者必須
   於比賽當天帶同學生手冊核實。
   Please bring along the competition email and identification documents with photo, such as identity card, passport, or student
   handbook for verification. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and exclude any applicants whose information do not
   match the application details. Contestants taking Piano and Violin Solo Examination and Competition Pieces Category must
   bring student handbook on competition day for verification.
4. 參加小提琴項目之參賽者如需於比賽時播放背景音樂作伴奏，請於7月3日或之前提交MP3檔案到 event@tlma.com.hk，逾期提交將
   不獲接納。
   If contestants for Violin Competition are required to play the background music as accompaniment, please submit the MP3 file to
   event@tlma.com.hk on or before 3 July. Late submission is not accepted.
5. 除小提琴項目外，其他項目均不能播放背景音樂。
   No Background music is allowed other Violin Categories.
6. 每位參賽者只可以與一位成人陪同進入比賽場地。
   All contestants can only enter the competition venue with one adult.
7. 所有參賽者應穿著端莊服裝參加比賽，詳情請參閲“穿著指南”。
   All contestants should dress properly for the competition, please refer to “Dress Up Guide” for more information.
8. 主辦機構鼓勵參賽者背誦樂譜；參賽者於比賽時必須攜帶一套演奏曲目之原裝或副本樂譜供評委參考。如參賽者演奏時需閲譜，
   請自行準備樂譜影印本供評委參考。所有樂譜會於演奏後即時歸還。
   Contestants are encouraged to perform by memory. Contestants must bring original or copy music score for adjudicators’ reference.
   If contestants need to read the scores during the competition, please prepare a copy of the music score. Music scores will be returned
   immediately after the performance.
9. 主辦機構會提供鋼琴輔助踏板一個，如有需要使用，請於報到時通知有關職員。
   The organizer will provide a piano extension pedal. If contestant request to use the pedal, inform our staff during reporting time.
10. 比賽期間，評委有權於適當時候終止參賽者之演出。如評委認為參賽者的演奏已足夠評分或參賽者演奏超時，評委可隨時終止參賽
    者之演奏而不影響分數。評委作出之決定及最終比賽成績，任何人不得異議。
    The panel of adjudicators reserves the right to terminate the performance if the performance is sufficiently performed or exceeds the
    time limit that adjudicators are able to decide the marks in the competition, the termination will not affect the result. All decisions and
    results of the competition by the adjudicators are final and indisputable.
11. 比賽時間將視乎比賽當天的實際情況而變動，有機會延遲或提早完結；每組比賽時間將不會超過2.5小時，請參賽者預留足夠時間比賽。
    The competition time will be changed depending on the actual situation on the competition day, and it may be delay or end early; the
    competition time for each group will not exceed 2.5 hours, please reserve enough time for the competition.
12. 比賽過程中會有特許工作人員攝影及錄影，在比賽中，陪同者只可在陪同的參賽者演奏時於指定安排好的位置以靜音模式攝影或錄影，
    並需關掉閃光燈。在比賽中，特許工作人員所拍攝的一切錄像之版權歸本主辦單位所有。
    There will be staff taking photos and videos during all competitions. In all competition, audiences are only allowed to take photo and
    video for their contestant at the designated area during the competition. Please be reminded NOT to use flash light and should be in
    silent mode. The copyright of all photos and videos taken by our staff in the competition are belong to the organizer of the competition.
13. 主辦機構擁有其參加者所有上載相片及影片之使用權，一切版權歸主辦機構所有。主辦機構有最終權利決定是否採用參加者的相片及
    影片，演出相片及影片將會發佈於通利琴行、通利音樂藝術中心的社交平台，或其他宣傳平台。
    The copyright of all photos and videos belong to the organizer. The organizer reserves the final right to decide whether to adopt the
    contestant’s photos and videos. All photos and videos may post on Tom Lee Music Co., Ltd., Tom Lee Music Academy social media
    platform or other promotional platforms.
14. 比賽當日會提供專業拍攝服務，所有拍攝的照片將會於當天所有比賽完結後上載至分享平台供參賽者下載，並會於10天後刪除。
    有關詳情，請參閲比賽當日派發的比賽註冊證。
    Professional photo-taking service will be provided on the competition day. All photos taken will be uploaded to sharing platform
    after the competition ends on that day for contestants to download and will be deleted after 10 days. Please refer to the RegistrationCard given on the competition day for more details.
15. 曲目如有重複或反始記號(D.C. Da Capo或Dal Segno)，不必重複；但參賽者可自由選擇是否重複。
    All pieces can be played without repeats although D.C. Da Capo or Dal Segno is included while contestants can choose whether to
    repeat or not.
16. 如比賽與通利音樂藝術中心的課堂同時進行而不能參賽，大會不會另行安排時間作賽，亦不設退款安排。報名費不得轉讓他人或轉作另
    一項比賽之用。
    If competition is clashed with lesson in Tom Lee Music Academy , the organizer will not rearrange the competition schedule and the
    entry fee is non-refundable and transferable.
17. 如天文台於比賽前兩小時發出八號或以上之颱風警告信號或黑色暴雨警告信號，比賽將延期舉行，詳情會於稍後公佈；如懸掛三號風
    球或以下或黃/紅色暴雨警告信號，比賽將如期舉行。
    The competition will be postponed if the Observatory issues a typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning
    signal two hours before the competition. Information will be announced later; if a typhoon signal No. 3 or below or a yellow/red
    rainstorm warning signal is hoisted, the competition will be held as scheduled.
18. 每位參賽者均可於比賽當日獲發參與證書，參與獎牌，通利琴行及通利音樂藝術中心禮券，及紀念品，並只派發一次，在任何情況下
    均不會重發。
    All contestants will receive a certificate of participation, participation medal, Tom Lee Music Co., Ltd. and Tom Lee Music Academy
    coupons, and souvenirs on the competition day. All items will only be awarded once and will NOT be reissued under any circumstances.
19. 評分紙及排名證書會於比賽當日即場派發，並不會補發。獲獎的參賽者會於所有比賽完結後根據所選的領取地點安排領取獎項，
    詳情會個別公佈。
    Comment sheet and award certificate will be distributed to contestants on competition day, and will not be reissued. Winning contestants
    will be arranged to receive their prizes according to the selected collection location after all competitions end. Details will be announced
    individually.
20. 主辦機構將保留你的比賽資料作處理，直至比賽完結三個月之後，如有任何獎項或證書遺失，或未領回，將全部報銷。
    The organizer will keep your personal details for three months after the competition end for service purposes. After which it will be
    deleted from our records.
21. 主辦機構有權修改比賽日期、規則、獎品內容及評委會成員，如有修改，恕不另行通告。
    Competition dates, regulations, awards and judging panels are subject to change without prior notice.
22. 若有任何爭議，主辦機構保留最終決定權。
    The organizer reserves the rights for final decision.
