Course Content:

Yamaha Junior Extension Course is the continuation of the Yamaha Junior Music Creativity Course
This program introduces more advance topics
such as various musical styles, ensemble playing
and performance techniques based on the children’s physical
and cognitive development at the age of 6 & 7

It enhances children’s musicality and
makes them feel confident in expressing themselves through music

Prerequisite to this course are Yamaha Junior Music Creativity Course
and Fundamental Skills Survey.

Age of Admittance: Age 6-7
Course Duration: 60mins (2 Years)

Remarks: 1. Student may be accompanied by a parent/adult during the first book
2. Students will perform at the Yamaha Music Course Certificate Concert
and receive certificate upon completion of the course
3. After completion of course,
students will proceed to Yamaha Junior Advanced Course
4. While progressing through the program,
students are encouraged to prepare for exams.
