報到區 Reporting Area

1. 請準時到達 Please arrive on-time
2. 向工作人員出示你的電子確認信 Show your confirmation email to our staff
3. 請向工作人員出示身份證明文件和學校手冊作身分核實 Show your Identification Document and School Handbook for our verification
4. 你會收到一張比賽註冊證，請妥善保管，直至比賽結束 You will receive a Registration Card, please keep it properly until the end of the competition
5. 你會收到參賽紀念品﹑通利琴行及通利音樂中心禮券 You will receive a Souvenir for participants, Tom Lee Music Co., Ltd and Tom Lee Music Academy coupon on the competition day
6. 等待時請保持安靜 Please keep quiet while waiting

比賽室 Competition Room

1. 工作人員會為你安排就座 Please seat as assigned
2. 比賽過程中，請保持安靜 During the competition,  please keep quiet.
3. 比賽過程中，參賽者及陪同者不能擅自離開比賽室 During the competition, all contestants and audiences are not allowed to leave the competition room.
4. 請跟從司儀指示 Please wait for the call from the MC
5. 將樂譜交給工作人員 Pass the music sheet to our staff
6. 若需要調整琴椅高度，請向工作人員提出 Please ask our staff for help if you need to adjust the bench height
7. 比賽過程中陪同者只可在陪同的參賽者演奏時以靜音模式攝影或錄影，並需關掉閃光燈。 Audiences are only allowed to take photo and video for their contestant during the competition. Please be reminded NOT to use flash light and should be in silent mode.
8. 享受你的表演時間！Enjoy your show time!

比賽後 After Performance

1. 向工作人員出示你的比賽註冊證 Show your Registration Card to our staff
2. 請耐心排隊等候 Line up patiently
3. 領取照片 Pick up your photo

1. 參賽者不得更改比賽日期及時間，若未能如期出席，將被視為放棄資格，並不設退款，主辦機構保留最終決定權。
   Contestants are not allowed to change the date and time of the competition. If they do not attend as scheduled,
   they will be deemed to absent and disqualifications and no refund will be provided. The organizer reserves the
   sole and absolute right to make final and conclusive decisions.
2. 請參賽者於指定報到時間到場登記，主辦機構保留取消遲到參賽者的參賽資格最終決定權。
   Please arrive at the venue at designated reporting time. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify the contestants
   who are late.
3. 參賽者必須於比賽時出示此確認信及有相之身份證明文件正本，如:身份證、護照或學生手冊作報到及確認其身份。如身份證明文件上所顯示之資料與報名時的資料不符合，參賽者將即時被取消資格。參加等級獨奏參賽者必須於比賽當天帶同學生手冊核實。
   Please bring along the competition email and identification documents with photo, such as identity card, passport, or student handbook for verification. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and exclude any applicants whose information do not match the application details. Contestants in Piano Graded Solo must bring student handbook on competition day for verification.
4. 每位參賽者只可以與一位成人陪同進入比賽場地；小提琴項目參賽者可另外安排一位鋼琴伴奏陪同。
   All contestants can only enter the competition venue with one adult. Contestants taking Violin Competition could arrange one piano accompanist into the competition venue.
5. 所有參賽者應穿著端莊服裝參加比賽。
   All contestants should dress properly for the competition.
6. 主辦機構鼓勵參賽者背誦樂譜；參賽者於比賽時必須攜帶一套演奏曲目之原裝或副本樂譜供評委參考。如參賽者演奏時需閲譜，請自行準備樂譜影印本供評委參考。所有樂譜會於演奏後即時歸還。
   Contestants are encouraged to perform by memory. Contestants must bring original or copy music score for adjudicators’ reference. If contestants need to read the scores during the competition, please prepare a copy of the music score. Music scores will be returned immediately after the performance.
7. 主辦機構不會提供鋼琴輔助踏板。如有需要，參賽者自備鋼琴輔助踏板，並需自行安裝及拆除。
   The organizer will not provide piano extension pedal. If needed, contestants should bring their own piano extension pedal and install by themselves.
8. 爵士鼓參賽者須鼓棍及3.5mm TRS插頭監聽耳機(如有需要)作賽。
   Drums competition contestants must bring their own drum sticks and monitoring headphones with a 3.5mm TRS plug (if needed) for the competition.
9. 爵士鼓比賽場地設有兩套爵士鼓，其中一套設有雙踏板。
   Drums competition venue consists of two sets of drums, one of them will be equipped with double pedal.
10. 爵士鼓參賽者有不多於3分鐘鼓組設定時間；參賽者不得於鼓組設定時間進行背景音樂測試或試奏，否則有機會被扣分。
    Drums competition contestants are allowed up to 3 minutes for drum kit setup; however, testing background music or playing the drums during this setup period is not allowed, as doing so may result in a mark deduction.
11. 爵士鼓參賽者可自備小鼓、腳踏等設備於鼓組設定時間時進行替換，但必須於演奏完結後還原基本設置。 主辦機構不會協助參賽者進行鼓組設定。如有需要，參賽者可安排陪同者上前協助。
    Contestants in drums category may bring their own equipment, such as snare drums or pedals, to swap in during the setup period. Contestants must restore the kit to its standard configuration after their performance. The organizers will not assist with drum kit setup. Contestants may arrange for an accompanying person to step forward and assist if necessary.
12. 如參賽者未有按照項目要求演奏參賽歌曲，將被取消資格並不獲退款。
    Contestants performing pieces not according to the competition requirement will be disqualified. No refund will be arranged.
13. 比賽計時從參賽者開始演奏起直到演奏結束；參賽者若超時可能會被評委叫停，但不影響成績。評委作出之決定及最終比賽成績，任何人不得異議。
    The timing of the competition starts from the beginning of the performance to the end of the performance; if the contestant exceeds the time limit, the adjudicators may stop the performance, but the result will not be affected. All decisions and results of the competition by the adjudicators are final and indisputable.
14. 比賽時間將視乎比賽當天的實際情況而變動，有機會延遲或提早完結；每組比賽時間將不會超過3小時，請參賽者預留足夠時間比賽。
    The competition time will be changed depending on the actual situation on the competition day, and it may be delay or end early; the competition time for each group will not exceed 3 hours, please reserve enough time for the competition.
15. 比賽過程中會有特許工作人員攝影及錄影，在比賽中，陪同者只可在陪同的參賽者演奏時於指定位置以靜音模式攝影或錄影，並需關掉閃光燈。在比賽中，特許工作人員所拍攝的一切錄像之版權歸本主辦單位所有。
    There will be staff taking photos and videos during all competitions. In all competition, audiences are only allowed to take photo and video for their contestant at the designated area during the competition. Please be reminded NOT to use flash light and should be in silent mode. The copyright of all photos and videos taken by our staff in the competition are belong to the organizer of the competition.
16. 主辦機構擁有其參加者所有上載相片及影片之使用權，一切版權歸主辦機構所有。主辦機構有最終權利決定是否採用參加者的相片及影片，演出相片及影片將會發佈於通利琴行、通利音樂中心的社交平台，或其他宣傳平台。
    The copyright of all photos and videos belong to the organizer. The organizer reserves the final right to decide whether to adopt the contestant’s photos and videos. All photos and videos may post on Tom Lee Music Co., Ltd., Tom Lee Music Academy social media platform or other promotional platforms.
17. 比賽當日會提供專業拍攝服務，所有拍攝的照片將會於當天所有比賽完結後上載至分享平台供參賽者下載，並會於10天後刪除。有關詳情，請參閲比賽當日派發的比賽註冊證。
    Professional photo-taking service will be provided on the competition day. All photos taken will be uploaded to sharing platform after the competition ends on that day for contestants to download and will be deleted after 10 days. Please refer to the Registration Card given on the competition day for more details.
18. 如比賽與課堂同時進行而不能參賽，主辦機構不會另行安排時間作賽，亦不設退款安排。報名費不得轉讓他人或轉作另一項比賽之用。
    If competition is clashed with lesson, the organizer will not rearrange the competition schedule and the entry fee is non-refundable and transferable.
19. 如天文台於該比賽項目之報到時間前兩小時發出八號或以上之颱風警告信號或黑色暴雨警告信號，該項目之比賽將延期舉行，詳情會於稍後公佈；如懸掛三號
    風球或以下或黃/紅色暴雨警告信號，比賽將如期舉行。
    The competition will be postponed if the Observatory issues a typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning
    signal two hours before reporting time of the competition. Information will be announced later; if a typhoon signal No. 3 or below or a yellow/red rainstorm
    warning signal is hoisted, the competition will be held as scheduled.
20. 每位參賽者均可於比賽當日獲得禮券及紀念品，並只派發一次，在任何情況下均不會重發。
    All contestants will receive coupons and souvenirs on the competition day. All items will only be awarded once and will NOT be reissued under any circumstances.
21. 評分紙及排名證書會於比賽當日即場派發，獲獎參賽者可獲得水晶獎座，並不會補發。
    Comment sheet and award certificate will be distributed to contestants on competition day. Winning contestants will receive a crystal trophy, and will not be reissued.
22. 主辦機構將保留你的比賽資料作處理，直至比賽完結三個月之後，如有任何獎項或證書遺失，或未領回，將全部報銷，在任何情況下均不會重發。
    The organizer will keep your personal details for three months after the competition end for service purposes. After which it will be deleted from our records and will NOT be reissued under any circumstances.
23. 主辦單位有權拒絕或終止不符合參賽資格或違規者參賽。
    The organizer reserves the right to disqualify contestants.
24. 主辦機構有權修改比賽規則、獎品內容及評委成員，如有修改，恕不另行通告。
    Rules, regulations, awards and judging panel are subject to change without prior notice.
25. 若有任何爭議，主辦機構保留最終決定權。
    The organizer reserves the rights for final decision.
