David has received a Master Degree in Music from the Central Conservatory of Music, a Fellowship in Music Performance from the Royal Schools of Music and a Fellowship in Recital from the Trinity Guildhall. Apart from having performed in several venues including recital halls and shopping malls, he also conducts piano master classes and adjudicates as a piano judge in various competitions. Besides piano, David also excelled in playing the harpsichord. Furthermore, he is one of the bestselling writers in Hong Kong, interviewed by different media groups on several occasions, including The Standard, SCMP, Ming Pao, Sing Tao Daily, Oriental Daily and RTHK.
