比賽日期有機會因應天氣變化、各項目參賽人數等原因而稍作變更，一切以參賽者的參賽電郵内容為準，主辦機構保留更改比賽日期的最終決定權。

The competition dates may be subject to changes due to weather or number of participants in each class and confirmed schedule will be shown on
the contestant’s competition email.
The organizer reserves the final decision to change the competition dates.

條款及細則 Terms and Conditions:

1. 參賽者不限國籍，但必須於比賽時出示由政府部門簽發之身份証明文件正本以確認其年齡，例如身份證或護照。
   如身份證明文件上所顯示之年齡與報名組別不符合，參賽者將即時被取消資格。
   There is no restriction on the nationality of the contestants. Identification documents issued by the government
   such as identity card or passport must be shown for age verification. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify,
   exclude any applicants who do not match the age requirement in registered class.
2. 參賽者可以參加多於一個比賽項目，但不能重複參加同一個項目的比賽。
   Contestants can apply for more than one competition class, but cannot apply for the same class repeatedly.
3. 參賽者必須在2024年6月16日或之前填妥網上報名表及繳交報名費，否則申請將不被接納。
   Contestants must complete the online application form and settle the entry fee on or before 16 June 2024, otherwise,
   the application will not be accepted.
4. 主辦機構會於6月底向參賽者發出參賽電郵，如未有收到電郵通知，請WhatsApp 6832 6870與我們聯絡。
   The organizer will send out competition email in late June, Whatsapp 6832 6870 if you could not receive the email.
5. 所有報名費均不可退款和不可轉讓。
   All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. 請確保報名表提交資料無誤。報名表一經提交後，每項更改將須繳付港幣$100行政費。所有於7月1日或之後的更改將不被接納。
   Please ensure that all information submitted in the application form is correct. Once the form is submitted, each change will be
   subject to an administrative fee of HK$100. Changes on or after 1 July will not be accepted.
7. 如因特殊情況而令是次比賽未能以實體形式如常舉行，所有參賽者將轉為提交影片參賽，所有已繳之款項, 恕不退還、
   轉讓或更改。
   If the competition cannot be hold physically due to the unexpected situation. The competition will change to video
   submission format.All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. 參加Yamaha音樂教室項目的參賽者必須為Yamaha 音樂班學生。由遞交報名表日期計算，如參賽者於過往8堂內剛升班，
   參賽者可選擇報名參加現時及之前就讀上一班的課程組別。例子：參賽者現時就讀於兒童音樂進修班Book 1 第4堂，參
   賽者可選擇參加兒童音樂進修班上學期組別及兒童創意音樂班下學期組別。
   Only Yamaha music course student can apply “Yamaha Music School” category. For those students who are promoted
   to the advance level in the first 8 lessons, they can choose to join both the current studying category or the previous
   studied category. For instance, contestant can choose to join the “Junior Extension Course Book 1 & Book 2” and
   “Junior Music Creativity Course Book 3 & Book 4” if he/she is currently taking the 4th lesson of Junior Extension Course.
9. 參加Yamaha音樂進修班組別的參賽者只可以演奏Repertoire Book 内的歌曲。
   Contestants taking Class of Yamaha Junior Extension Course are required to perform piece from Repertoire Book only.
10. 參加考試及比賽歌曲項目之參賽者，請參考以下考試範圍適用年份
    鋼琴獨奏 –
    英國皇家音樂學院 – 任何年份之考綱，並須於報名表内註明
    香港學校音樂節 – 第76屆之比賽目錄
    Rockschool – 2019或之後考綱
    小提琴獨奏 –
    英國皇家音樂學院 – 任何年份之考綱，並須於報名表内註明
    香港學校音樂節 – 第76屆之比賽目錄
    For the “Examination & Competition Pieces” category, please refer to the specific syllabus below
    Piano Solo –
    ABRSM – Any year of syllabus, and to be mentioned in the application form
    Hong Kong Schools Music Festival – Syllabus of 76th competition
    Rockschool – Syllabus 2019 or after
    Violin Solo –
    ABRSM – Any year of syllabus, and to be mentioned in the application form
    Hong Kong Schools Music Festival – Syllabus of 76th competition
11. 原創音樂組的曲目最少為8小節，並須為有旋律及伴奏的完整作品。參賽者須於填寫表格時提交樂譜及歌名，於比賽當日
    演奏原創曲目，否則將被取消資格。
    Songs from Original Composition must include at least 8 bars with melody and accompaniment. Contestants are required
    to upload the score and name of the composition in the application form and perform the original composition on the
    competition day, otherwise will be disqualified.
12. 鋼琴獨奏 – 公開組別出生日期指引
    公開A組: 2020年1月1日至2021年12月31日出生
    公開B組: 2018年1月1日至2019年12月31日出生
    公開C組: 2015年1月1日至2017年12月31日出生
    公開D組: 2011年1月1日至2014年12月31日出生
    公開E組: 2007年1月1日至2010年12月31日出生
    公開F組: 1975年1月1日至2006年12月31日出生
    公開G組: 1974年12月31日或之前出生Date of Birth for Piano Solo – Open Class:
    Open Class A: Born between 1 Jan 2020 and 31 Dec 2021
    Open Class B: Born between 1 Jan 2018 and 31 Dec 2019
    Open Class C: Born between 1 Jan 2015 and 31 Dec 2017
    Open Class D: Born between 1 Jan 2011 and 31 Dec 2014
    Open Class E: Born between 1 Jan 2007 and 31 Dec 2010
    Open Class F: Born between 1 Jan 1975 and 31 Dec 2006
    Open Class G: Born on or before 31 Dec 1974
13. 某些比賽項目設有指定演奏時間，如參賽者的演奏超出指定演奏時間，有機會被取消資格，並不獲退款。
    Contestants may be disqualified if they perform the pieces which is out of the specific time limit in certain classes.
    No refund will be allowed.
14. 主辦機構鼓勵參賽者背誦樂譜；參賽者於比賽時必須攜帶一套演奏曲目之原裝或副本樂譜供評委參考。如參賽者演奏時
    需閲譜，請自行準備樂譜影印本供評委參考。所有樂譜會於演奏後即時歸還。
    Contestants are encouraged to perform by memory. Contestants must bring original or copy music score for adjudicators’
    reference. If contestants need to read the scores during the competition, please prepare a copy of the music score. Music
    scores will be returned immediately after the performance.
15. 參賽者參加小提琴組別可自行選擇是否安排伴奏或背景音樂，不論是否安排伴奏或背景音樂均不會影響評分，有關背景
    音樂之提交方法將個別聯絡參賽者。
    Contestants taking violin category could choose whether having an accompanist or background music as accompaniment
    or not, while adjudication will not be affected. We will contact contestants on submitting background music afterwards (If any).
16. 評判有權根據參賽者的實際水平決定並列或空缺改比賽組別的名次及獎項。如參賽者水準不達評判標準，主辦機構有權不
    頒發奬項予該比賽組別。
    The adjudicators have the right to deal with tied or vacant positions and awards according to the contestant’s performance.
    If the standard of the contestants of the class are not up to standard, judges may decide not to present any awards to the contestants.
17. 評判會根據參賽者的整體表現評分，並對一切評分事宜有最終決定權。
    Adjudication will be based on the overall performance of the contestants, and the decision of the judges on all marking matters
    shall be final.
18. 主辦機構及評判保留所有與有關比賽項目的評分安排及準則的最終決定權，參賽者不得異議。
    The organizer and jurors shall have absolute discretion on marking of all competition categories. In case of any disputes, the
    decision of the organizer and jurors shall be final and conclusive.
19. 主辦機構會於比賽當日派發參與證書，參與獎牌，排名證書，分紙，紀念品，通利琴行及通利音樂藝術中心禮券，並不會補發。
    The organizer will deliver the certificate of participation, participation medal, award certificate, mark sheet, souvenirs, Tom Lee
    Music Co., Ltd and Tom Lee Music Academy coupon to contestants on the competition day only, and will not be reissued.
20. 各組別完成比賽後會即時公佈結果，及派發分紙。主辦機構會於所有比賽完結後透過電郵聯絡得獎者關於領獎安排；其他參賽者
    都可加購獎盃及獎牌。
    Results will be announced at the end of each competition group and mark sheet will be distributed to contestants. The organizer
    will contact winners on the arrangement of trophy collection via email after all competition ends, while other contestants could
    choose to purchase add-on trophies and medals afterwards.
21. 各比賽組別設有不同排名及獎項，有關排名及獎項安排可參閲官方網站。
    There will be different positions and prizes for all categories, please visit our website for more information.
22. 每一份報名表格最多只可參加三個項目，參加第四個項目請WhatsApp 6832 6870與我們聯絡。
    Each application form can only take in a maximum 3 classes in the competition. To take more than 4 classes, please contact us
    on WhatsApp 6832 6870.
23. 如報名人數不足，該組別將會取消，並辦理退款手續，參賽者不得異議。
    If the number of applicants is insufficient, the class will be cancelled and the entry fee will be refunded. No appeal is allowed.
24. 主辦機構有權修改比賽規則、獎項、及更換評判，如有任何變更，恕不另行通知，參賽者不得異議。
    The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules of the competition, awards and change the judges without notice. No appeal
    is allowed.
25. 如比賽與課堂同時進行而不能參賽，主辦機構不會另行安排時間作賽，亦不設退款安排。報名費不得轉讓他人或轉作另一項比賽之用。
    If competition is clashed with lesson, the organizer will not rearrange the competition schedule and the entry fee is non-refundable
    and transferable.
26. 參賽者不得更改比賽日期及時間，若未能如期出席，將被視為放棄資格，並不設退款，主辦機構保留最終決定權。
    Contestants are not allowed to change the date and time of the competition. If they do not attend as scheduled, they will be deemed
    to absent and disqualifications and no refund will be provided. The organizer reserves the sole and absolute right to make final and
    conclusive decisions.
27. 主辦機構將視乎個別比賽場地而決定是否讓觀眾進場觀賞比賽。
    The organizer has the right allowing audiences to attend the competition or not, depending on the venue size.
28. 主辦單位有權拒絕或終止不符合參賽資格或違規者參賽。
    The organizer reserves the right to disqualify contestants.
29. 所有參賽者需穿著端莊服裝參加比賽。
    All contestants must dress properly for the competition.
30. 比賽過程中主辦機構會安排工作人員攝影及錄影。主辦機構擁有其參賽者所有上載相片及影片之使用權，一切版權歸主辦機構所有。
    主辦機構有最終權利決定是否採用參賽者的相片及影片，演出相片及影片均有機會發佈於通利琴行、通利音樂藝術中心的社交平台，
    或其他宣傳平台。
    The organizer will arrange photos taking and videos recording during the competition. The copyright of all photos and videos belong
    to the organizer. The organizer reserves the final right to decide whether to adopt the contestant’s photos and videos. All photos and
    videos may post on Tom Lee Music, Tom Lee Music Academy, social media platform or other promotional platforms.
31. 主辦機構保留更改本活動一切相關事宜的權利，恕不另行通知。
    The organizer reserves the right to amend the competition rules and make other arrangements as deemed appropriate without prior notice.
32. 若有任何爭議，主辦機構保留最終決定權。
    The organizer reserves the rights for final decision.
