條款及細則 Terms and Conditions::

1. 參賽者不限國籍。
   There is no restriction on the nationality of the contestants.
2. 參賽者可以參加多於一個比賽項目，但不能重複參加同一個項目的比賽。
   Contestants can apply for more than one competition class, but cannot apply for the same class repeatedly.
3. 參賽者必須在2026年4月13日或之前填妥網上報名表及繳交報名費，否則申請將不被接納。
   Contestants must complete the online application form and settle the entry fee on or before 13 April 2026, otherwise, the application will
   not be accepted.
4. 參加等級獨奏組別的參賽者必須為幼稚園及中、小學生。
   Contestants taking graded solo classes must be students from kindergarten, primary and secondary school.
5. 參加樂器公開組的參賽者不得為幼稚園及中、小學生；鋼琴公開組除外。
   Contestants taking instruments open classes must not be students from kindergarten, primary and secondary school, exclude Open Piano
   Class Solo by Age.
6. 請確保報名表提交資料無誤。報名表一經提交後，每項更改將須繳付港幣$100行政費。所有於2026年4月23日或之後的更改將不被接納。
   Please ensure that all information submitted in the application form is correct. Once the form is submitted, each change will be subject to
   an administrative fee of HK$100.
   Changes on or after 23 April 2026 will not be accepted.
7. 所有報名費均不可退款和不可轉讓。
   All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. 參賽者必須將參賽影片上載到Youtube，設置為“非公開”,並在2026年4月23日或之前，透過付款確認電郵内的提交影片位置，提交參賽影
   片及演奏曲目之樂譜，否則將被取消資格，並不獲退款。
   Contestants are required to upload to competition to Youtube and set as “Unlisted”. Then, submit the video together with the music scores
   to the button provided in the payment confirmation on or before 23 April 2026, otherwise will be disqualified. No refund will be arranged
9. 參賽影片必須為截止提交影片或之前6個月内的錄影片段。
   Competition video must be recorded within 6 months on or before the video submission deadline.
10. 參賽影片及樂譜一經提交，將不得再作更改。
    Once the competition video and music score is submitted, no change is allowed.
11. 如參賽者參加多於一個項目，所有項目之參賽影片及樂譜需要一次過提交。
    Contestants taking more than 1 class, is required to submit all competition video and music scores at once.
12. 每個參賽項目的樂譜需要以一個檔案形式提交，不得分拆。
    Music score of each class must be submitted as a single file and cannot be split.
13. 主辦機構擁有是次比賽中的相片及影片(如有)之使用權，一切版權歸主辦機構所有。主辦機構有最終權利決定是否採用參賽者的相片及影片，演出相片及影片均有機會發佈於通利琴行、通利音樂藝術中心的社交平台，或其他宣傳平台。
    The copyright of all photos and videos (If any) for the competition belong to the organizer. The organizer reserves the final right to decide whether to adopt the contestant’s photos and videos. All photos and videos may post on Tom Lee Music, Tom Lee Music Academy, social media platform or other promotional platforms.
14. 如提交之演奏片段或樂譜與報名時提交的曲目不同，將不獲評分及證書，只可獲得評語。
    If submitted video or music scores does not match the song provided during application, the performance will not be marked, and no
    certificate will be given, only comments will be provided.
15. 請於錄影前參閲錄影指引。
    Please read the video guidance before recording.
16. 參加等級獨奏項目的參賽者，須演奏以下英國皇家音樂學院 (ABRSM) 指定考綱年份的曲目，不得以其他自選曲目參賽：鋼琴等級獨奏 – 2023 & 2024 或 2025 & 2026之考綱
    小提琴/中提琴/大提琴/低音大提琴等級獨奏 – 2020-2023 或 2024年起適用之考綱
    木管樂等級獨奏 – 2022年起 或 2026年起適用之考綱
    銅管樂等級獨奏 – 2023年起適用之考綱
    豎琴等級獨奏 – 2025年起適用之考綱
    Contestants taking the Graded Solo Class, please refer to the specific ABRSM syllabus below, and not allowed to perform with own
    choice piece.Piano Graded Solo – 2023 & 2024 or 2025 & 202 syllabus
    Violin/Viola/Cello/Double Bass Graded Solo – 2020-2023 or From 2024 syllabus
    Woodwind Graded Solo – From 2022 or From 2026 syllabus
    Brass Graded Solo – From 2023 syllabus
    Harp Graded Solo – From 2025 syllabus
17. 如參賽者未有根據指定考綱年份演奏參賽歌曲，將被取消資格並不獲退款。
    Contestants performing pieces not according to the specific syllabus will be disqualified. No refund will be arranged.
18. 某些比賽項目設有指定演奏時間，如參賽者的演奏超出指定演奏時間，有機會被取消資格，並不獲退款。
    Contestants may be disqualified if they perform the pieces which is out of the specific time limit in certain classes. No refund will be
    arranged.
19. 鋼琴項目的參賽者必須以原聲鋼琴演奏；流行鋼琴項目的參賽者可選擇以原聲鋼琴、數碼鋼琴或電子琴演奏。
    For Piano Class, contestants must perform by Acoustic Piano. For Pop Piano Class, contestants could perform by
    Acoustic Piano / Digital Piano / Keyboard.
20. 主辦機構鼓勵參賽者背誦樂譜。
    Contestants are encouraged to perform by memory.
21. 評判有權根據參賽者的實際水平決定並列或空缺該比賽組別的名次及獎項。如參賽者水準不達評判標準，主辦機構有權不頒發奬項予該
    比賽組別。
    The adjudicators have the right to deal with tied or vacant positions and awards according to the contestant’s performance. If the standard
    of the contestants of the class are not up to standard, judges may decide not to present any awards to the contestants.
22. 參賽者可選擇是否安排鋼琴伴奏，有否伴奏均不會影響評分。
    Contestants could choose whether to perform with a piano accompaniment, while results will not be affected with
    or without the accompaniment.
23. 評判會根據參賽者選曲的難度及演奏水平的匹配度、節奏感、音色及整體表演評分，並對一切評分事宜有最終決定權。
    Adjudication will be based on the piece’s difficulty with performance level, rhythm, tone, the overall performance
    of the contestants, and the decision of the judges on all marking matters shall be final.
24. 主辦機構及評判保留所有與有關比賽項目的評分安排及準則的最終決定權，參賽者不得異議。
    The organizer and jurors shall have absolute discretion on marking of all competition categories. In case of any disputes, the decision of the organizer and jurors shall be final and conclusive.
25. 主辦機構會於結果公佈後向參賽者提供評語紙及證書，並根據參賽者於報名表填寫的領取方法領取安排。所有評語紙及證書將不會補發。
    The organizer will deliver the comment sheet and certificate to contestants after the results announcement.
    Pickup will be arranged according to contestant’s choice when submitting the application form. Comment sheet and certificate will not be
    re-issued.
26. 除流行鋼琴項目，其他鋼琴組別設有實體總決賽，並會於8月舉行。入圍的參賽者須重新填寫報名表及繳費報名。
    Except Pop Piano Classes, there will be physical final competition for other Piano classes, which will be held in August. Eligible contestants are required to submit the application form and fees again for the final competition.
27. 各比賽組別設有不同排名及獎項。
    There will be different positions and prizes for all categories.
28. 每一份報名表格最多只可參加三個項目，參加第四個項目請WhatsApp 6832 6870與我們聯絡。
    Each application form can only take in a maximum 3 classes in the competition. To take more than 4 classes, please contact us
    on WhatsApp 6832 6870.
29. 如報名人數不足，該組別將會取消，並辦理退款手續，參賽者不得異議。
    If the number of applicants is insufficient, the class will be cancelled and the entry fee will be refunded. No appeal is allowed.
30. 主辦機構有權修改比賽規則、獎項、及更換評判，如有任何變更，恕不另行通知，參賽者不得異議。
    The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules of the competition, awards and change the judges without notice. No appeal is
    allowed.
31. 主辦機構保留更改本活動一切相關事宜的權利，恕不另行通知。
    The organizer reserves the right to amend the competition rules and make other arrangements as deemed appropriate without prior
    notice.
32. 若有任何爭議，主辦機構保留最終決定權。
    The organizer reserves the rights for final decision.
