1. 參賽者需要於報名表上填寫教師的英文全名及聯絡資料、及就讀學校，否則該報名將視為放棄參加有關計劃。
Contestants should input teacher's full name with contact details, and school attending in the application form, otherwise, the application will not be included for the program.
2. 主辦機構會於公佈比賽結果後聯絡教師及機構有關領獎安排。
The organizer will contact teachers and organization regarding the awards collection arrangement after the results announcement.
- 參賽者不限國籍，但必須於比賽時出示由政府部門簽發之身份証明文件正本以確認其年齡，例如身份證或護照。如身份證明文件上所顯示之年齡與報名組別不符合，參賽者將即時被取消資格。
There is no restriction on the nationality of the contestants. Identification documents issued by the government such as identity card or passport must be shown for age verification. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify, exclude any applicants who do not match the age requirement in registered class. - 參賽者可以參加多於一個比賽項目，但不能重複參加同一個項目的比賽。
Contestants can apply for more than one competition class, but cannot apply for the same class repeatedly. - 參賽者必須在2026年7月19日或之前填妥網上報名表及繳交報名費，否則申請將不被接納。
Contestants must complete the online application form and settle the entry fee on or before 19 July 2026, otherwise, the application will not be accepted. - 參加等級獨奏組別的參賽者必須為幼稚園及中、小學生。
Contestants taking graded solo classes must be students from kindergarten, primary and secondary school. - 請確保報名表提交資料無誤。報名表一經提交後，每項更改將須繳付港幣$100行政費。所有於2026年7月19日或之後的更改將不被接納。
Please ensure that all information submitted in the application form is correct. Once the form is submitted, each change will be subject to an administrative fee of HK$100. Changes on or after 19 July 2026 will not be accepted. - 所有報名費均不可退款和不可轉讓。
All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. - 主辦機構會於8月向參賽者發出參賽電郵，如未有收到電郵通知，請 WhatsApp 2762 6968 與我們聯絡。
The organizer will send out competition email in August, WhatsApp 2762 6968 if you could not receive the email. - 如因特殊情況而令是次比賽未能以實體形式如常舉行，所有參賽者將轉為提交影片參賽，所有已繳之款項, 恕不退還、轉讓或更改。
If the competition cannot be hold physically due to the unexpected situation. The competition will change to video submission format. All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. - 參加Yamaha音樂教室項目的參賽者必須為Yamaha 音樂班學生。由遞交報名表日期計算，如參賽者於過往8堂內剛升班，參賽者可選擇報名參加現時及之前就讀上一班的課程組別。例子：參賽者現時就讀於兒童音樂進修班Book 1 第4堂，參賽者可選擇參加兒童音樂進修班上學期組別及兒童創意音樂班下學期組別。
Only Yamaha music course student can apply “Yamaha Music School” category. For those students who are promoted to the advance level in the first 8 lessons, they can choose to join both the current studying category or the previous studied category. For instance, contestant can choose to join the “Junior Extension Course Book 1 & Book 2” and “Junior Music Creativity Course Book 3 & Book 4” if he/she is currently taking the 4th lesson of Junior Extension Course. - 參加Yamaha音樂進修班組別的參賽者只可以演奏Repertoire Book 的歌曲。
Contestants taking Class of Yamaha Junior Extension Course are required to perform piece from Repertoire Book only. - 參加等級獨奏項目的參賽者，須演奏以下英國皇家音樂學院 (ABRSM) 指定考綱年份的曲目，不得以其他自選曲目參賽：

Violin Graded Solo – 2020-2023 or From 2024 syllabus - 如參賽者未有根據指定考綱年份演奏參賽歌曲，將被取消資格並不獲退款。
Contestants performing pieces not according to the specific syllabus will be disqualified. No refund will be arranged. - 某些比賽項目設有指定演奏時間，參賽者可選擇演奏完整樂章或樂章選段參賽；如參賽者的演奏超出指定演奏時間，有機會被取消資格，並不獲退款。
Contestants may be disqualified if they perform the pieces which is out of the specific time limit in certain classes. No refund will be allowed. - 主辦機構不會提供鋼琴輔助踏板。如有需要使用，參賽者請自備鋼琴輔助踏板，並需要自行安裝及拆除。

Contestants are encouraged to perform by memory. Contestants must bring original or copy music score for adjudicators’ reference. We will contact contestants on submitting background music for Acoustic Drums Competition afterwards. Contestants may choose whether to use background music with or without a metronome guide track. During the competition, only the version without the metronome guide track will be played in the venue; contestants may listen to the metronome guide track via their own monitoring headphones. Contestants must bring their own monitoring headphones with a 3.5mm TRS plug. The adjudicators have the right to deal with tied or vacant positions and awards according to the contestant’s performance. Contestants are not allowed to change the date and time of the competition. If they do not attend as scheduled, they will be deemed to absent and disqualifications and no refund will be provided.
